What happens when I place an order?

All ground shipping orders are processed 24 hours after placement. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped. Expedited orders are not subject to the 24-hour hold period. Once shipped, we are unable to make address changes or order substitutions. You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order ships.

If you need to change an order within the 24 hour period, please submit a Request Assistance Form. 

Orders received after 3 p.m. ET

These orders will ship the next business day. Please allow 1 extra business day for orders received after 3:00 p.m. ET.

All orders placed on Fridays after 3 p.m. ET

These orders will ship the following Monday.

What is NCMW's shipping carrier?

Orders from the MHFA Connect Storefront are shipped through FedEx.

  • FedEx Ground Service is offered at no cost to all 50 states. Transit times are typically 3-5 days after shipping.
  • FedEx transit times do not include processing time.

Shipping to U.S. territories and expedited shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on the FedEx service selected, shipping distance, and weight.

NCMW does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
